Klancy Return & Refund Policy

At Klancy Fashion Essentials, we are committed to ensuring that every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a return, exchange, or refund may be necessary. Below are the terms and conditions for our returns, exchanges, and refunds processes.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • The item is not part of the non-returnable category (see below)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Innerwear: bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Beauty products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Not Eligible for Return"

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. 1.Log in to your Klancy account and go to Orders
  2. 2.Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return"
  3. 3.Provide a brief description of the issue
  4. 4.Our team will review and approve your request if eligible
  5. 5.You will receive instructions on how to ship the item back

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the returned item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund

Klancy Fashion Essentials will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or wrong items)

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for:

  • Size changes
  • Color changes (if available)

If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

7. Store Credit

You may choose to receive your refund as store credit, which:

  • Is credited to your Klancy account immediately after approval
  • Does not expire
  • Can be used on any future purchase

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped. After order processing begins, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
